        "text": "Per Curiam.\nThis is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court upon a bill of interpleader filed by appellant and against appellee and Musetta Henton.\nThe questions involved are sufficiently stated in Hoskins v. Mann et al., ante, p. 49. In accordance with the views there expressed the decree of the Circuit Court will be reversed and the cause remanded with directions to the Circuit Court to dismiss the bill upon hearing for want of equity.\nReversed and remanded with directions.",
