Bell against Kossuth H. Bell for divorce. From an order allowing temporary alimony, defendant appeals.\nAbstract of the Decision.\n1. Divobcb, \u00a7 82 \u2014when allowance of temporary alimony is proper. Bill for divorce, held to contain charges sufficiently to justify an allowance of temporary alimony.\n2. Appeal and ebkob, \u00a7 1743*\u2014when judgment may he entered nunc pro tunc.
