To review a judgment for plaintiff, defendant prosecutes a writ of error.\nM. E. Gallion, for plaintiff in error.\nNo appearance for defendant in error.\nAbstract of the Decision.\nArchitects and engineers, \u00a7 16 \u2014when evidence shows a contract to pay for architect\u2019s drawings. In an action for compensation for the preparation of architect\u2019s drawings, plans and specifications by the plaintiff for the defendant at the latter\u2019s request, evidence held to show an agreement by the defendant to pay therefor and to justify a judgment for the plaintiff.\nSee Illinois Notes Digest, Vola.
