To review a judgment against him, the defendant prosecutes a writ of error.\nE. M. Seymour, for plaintiif in error.\nMaclay Hoyne, for defendant in error; Edward E. Wilson, of counsel.\nAbstract of the Decision.\n1. Bastards, \u00a7 22 \u2014when evidence justifies judgment against the defendant. In a bastardy proceeding, evidence held to justify a judgment against the .defendant.\n2. Bastards, \u00a7 22*\u2014when evidence sufficiently shows that child was horn alive.
