Shaffer, plaintiff, against Robert Rose and P. J. Carey, defendants. Also, action by same plaintiff against Charles Nogle, defendant. Also, action by same plaintiff against Steve Tucker and Samuel Aiman, defendants. These actions were commenced before a justice of the peace and on appeal to the County Court were consolidated and tried together. From a judgment for the defendants in each case, on a directed verdict, the plaintiff brings error in each case, and by agreement the three cases were heard \u00f3n the same record.\nAbstract of the Decision.\nAction, \u00a7 71*\u2014when action for trespass may not be maintained. In an action to recover damages for trespass, where on trial the acts of trespass complained of were shown by the plaintiff\u2019s evidence to have occurred subsequent to the commencement of the action, held that a verdict for the defendants was properly directed.\nW.
