From a judgment entered on the verdict of the jury for $105.53 for plaintiff, the latter appeals.\nAbstract of the Decision.\nAppeal and error, \u00a7 1751*\u2014-when judgment affirmed on strilcing hill of exceptions. Where, on appeal, the bill of exceptions has been stricken from the record, and the errors assigned are not solvable without reference to the bill, the judgment will be.affirmed.\nJohn J.
