        "text": "Mr. Justice Holdom\ndelivered the opinion of the court.\n3. Master and servant, \u00a7 44* \u2014 when employee may commence action for damages for breach of contract of employment. In an action to recover for breach of a contract of employment, where the employer has breached the contract by repudiating it, the employee has the right to commence an action for such damages as he may have suffered by reason of the breach and repudiation, regardless of the date when the contract by its terms expires.",

On appeal from a judgment, of the Municipal Court of Chicago, where the Appellate Court allows a motion to strike the stenographic report from the record, the only question for decision is the sufficiency of the pleading to sustain the judgment.\n2. Municipal Court op Chicago, \u00a7 29* \u2014 when presumed that evidence was sufficient to sustain judgment. On appeal from a judgment of the Municipal Court of Chicago, in the absence of a stenographic repprt, it .will be presumed that the evidence was sufficient to sustain the judgment.\nAppeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon.
