Voorhees, administrator of the estate of Lillian Byan, deceased, plaintiff, against the Chicago & Alton Bailroad Company, defendant, to recover damages for the death of plaintiff\u2019s intestate. From a judgment for defendant, plaintiff brings error.\nPlaintiff\u2019s intestate being a sister, three years old, of plaintiff\u2019s intestate in the case of Voorhees v. Chicago & Alton R. Co., ante, p. 86, and killed in the same accident, the judgment was for reasons stated in the opinion in that case reversed.\nW. J. Chapman and D. J.
