From a judgment for plaintiff for $56.42, defendant appeals.\nBither & Goff, for appellant.\nNo appearance for appellee.\nAbstract of the Decision.\nSales, \u00a7 329 \u2014when evidence insufficient to show purchase on account of defendant.
