(Not to be reported in full.)\nAbstract of the Decision.\n1. Contracts, \u00a7 12 \u2014when contract does not lack mutuality. Where an order for advertising addressed to plaintiff, which states that plaintiff is \u201chereby authorized\u201d to insert in plaintiff\u2019s publication, a specified sized advertisement and agrees to pay a specified price, is indorsed \u201caccepted by\u201d plaintiff\u2019s agent, such indorsement constitutes an implied promise of publication in consideration of defendant\u2019s promise to pay for it, so as to render the contract mutual.\n2. Damages, \u00a7 66*\u2014what is measure of for breach of advertising contract. In an action on a contract for advertising, in the absence of proof by defendant tending to minimize the damages, the measure of plaintiff\u2019s damages is prima facie the amount called for by the contract.\nAppeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Howabd Hays, Judge, presiding.\nHeard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1917.\nAffirmed.\nOpinion filed January 31, 1918.\nRehearing denied February 11, 1918.\nStatement of the Case.\nAction by F.
