An order denying a motion to vacate a judgment is final and, under section 21 of the Municipal Court Act (Rev. St. eh. 37, J. & A. If 3333), no subsequent motion to vacate it will lie, but the only method of reviewing it is by appeal or writ of error.\nAppeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. James C. Martin, Judge, presiding.\nHeard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1917.\nAffirmed.\nOpinion filed January 31, 1918.\nRehearing denied February 7, 1918.\nStatement of the Case.\nAction by Ephriam B. Collins, plaintiff, against Frank Drab, defendant. There was judgment entered by confession for plaintiff for $125 and costs.
