In an action for the purchase price of goods, evidence held to show that the contract for the purchase of the goods was entered into between the plaintiff and the defendant and not between the defendant and a company which, under a contract with the plaintiff, had the exclusive agency for the sale of the goods.\nAppeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. John R Cavebly, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch- Appellate Court at the October term, 1917.\nReversed, with finding of facts and judgment here.\nOpinion filed May 14, 1918.\nStatement of the Case.\nAction by Thordorson Electric Manufacturing Company, plaintiff, against Hub Electric Company, defendant, to recover the purchase price of certain goods sold defendant.
