John McLaughlin, appellee, v. Chicago-Springfield Coal Company, appellant.

Action to recover for personal injuries sustained by an assistant cage man in a mine, caused by one of a trip of ears tipping over on him. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Sangamon county; the Hon. Elbert S. Smith, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1917.

Beversed and remanded.
