Action by passenger to recover for personal injuries claimed to have been sustained in alighting, by fall of guardrail. Judgment for defendant. Error to the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Richard S. Tuthill, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the March term, 1918.
