Action to recover under Dramshop Act, sec. 9 (J. & A. If 4609), for death of plaintiff’s decedent from fall due to intoxication. Judgment for plaintiff against two of defendants. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Franklin county; the Hon. B. E. Hickman, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the March term, 1919.

Affirmed.
