Action to recover for wrongful death in collision of trolley car with buggy in which decedent was riding. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Madison county; the Hon. George *655A. Crow, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1919.

Reversed with finding of fact.
