Action upon two promissory notes and upon an open account for merchandise sold and delivered. Verdict and judgment for plaintiff on one note and the open account and against defendant’s claim of set-off. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Edward T. Wade, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October 'term, 1920. Certiorari denied by Supreme Court (making opinion final).

Affirmed.
