Suit for damages for malicious prosecution. Verdict and judgment of not guilty, on the issues raised by the pleadings and upon an attachment in aid. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Thomas G. Windes, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1919.

Affirmed.
