Action for damages for the death of plaintiff’s intestate caused by his being run over by a truck while endeavoring to prevent it from running away in the street after it was struck by a truck belonging to appellant. Verdict and judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Hugo Pam, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1919. Certiorari denied by Supreme Court (making opinion final).

Affirmed.
