Defendant was found guilty of contempt of court in failing to pay alimony and committed to jail pending payment of arrears. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Kane county; the Hon. A. C. Cliffe, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the April term, 1921.

Affirmed.
