Action for damages against police officers alleging that they made an assault upon plaintiff and beat and ill-treated him and detained him in prison without reasonable cause. Action dismissed and judgment for defendants for costs. Error to the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Martin M. Gridley, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the March term, 1920.
Reversed and remanded with directions.
