Action to recover the amount of an overpayment to defendant on a painting contract between defendant and plaintiff’s deceased husband. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Daniel P. Trude, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1920.

Affirmed.
