Assumpsit for the amount due on three trade acceptances defended on the ground of fraud. Judgment for defendant. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Lawrence county; the Hon. Julius C. Kern, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the March term, 1922.

Reversed and remanded.
