Action for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff's ward when he was run over by defendant’s motor truck. Judgment for plaintiff for $25,000. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. Harry B. Miller, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1921.

Certiorari denied by Supreme Court (malting opinion final).

Affirmed on remittitur.
