Action to recover the value of an automobile kept in defendant’s garage and delivered by defendant to some unauthorized person upon a fraudulent telephone order purporting to be from plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Harry Olson, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1921.

Affirmed.
