Action for damages due to negligence of defendant in extracting one of plaintiff’s teeth. Judgment for plaintiff after remittitur from the verdict. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Prank E. Reed, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1921.

Reversed.
