Action for personal injuries received by plaintiff when run over by an automobile driven by defendant. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Vermilion county; the Hon. Augustus A. Partlow, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1921.

Affirmed.
