Assumpsit for a balance due on wheat shipped to defendant. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Sangamon county; the Hon. Prank W. Burton, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the October term, 1921.

Reversed and remanded.
