Claims allowed and appeal from allowance of interest at the rate allowed in the other state only to the date of filing of the claims instead of their allowance. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Denis E. Sullivan, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the March term, 1922.

Reversed and remanded.
