Suit for damages for destruction of an automobile by fire through alleged negligence of employee of defendant storage company. Question, whether employee concerned was acting within scope of his authority. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. John J. Rooney, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1921.

Affirmed.
