Suit of trespass on the ease, where plaintiff was struck by an automobile truck, alleged to have been operated negligently and in defiance of speed ordinance and statutes as to brakes and signals. Judgment for plaintiff. Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Joseph H. Fitch, Judge, presiding. Heard in the Branch Appellate Court at the October term, 1921.

Affirmed.
