Decree entitling cross-petitioner to compensation and to lien on the premises against complainants. Appeal on the decree as it affects cross-petition only. Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. G. Fred Rush, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1922. *664Affirmed.
