Suit for balance due for scrap copper, sold and delivered, amount claimed being $1,853.64. Judgment for plaintiff for $268.08, amount admittedly owed by defendant. Appeal from the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. William N. Gemmill, Judge, presiding. Heard in the third division of this eourt for the first district at the October term, 1922.

Affirmed.
