Suit for amount deducted by defendant from account due from him to plaintiff, said deduction alleged to have been made by agreement with plaintiff’s agent. Appeal from the County Court of Will county; the Hon. George J. Cowing, Judge, presiding. Heard in this court at the April term, 1923.

Reversed and remanded.
