Action for death of passenger in collision of taxicabs. Voluntary dismissal as to one after direction of verdict for other defendant. Error to the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. Jesse Holdom, Judge, presiding. Heard in the first division of this court for the first district at the March term, 1925.

Reversed and remanded.
