Suit to recover statutory penalty from chattel mortgagee for failing to furnish mortgagor required statement of mortgage sale. Judgment against plaintiff of nonsuit on the pleadings. Error to the Municipal Court of Chicago; the Hon. Robert E. Gentzel, Judge, presiding. Heard in the second division of this court for the first district at the October term, 1926.

Reversed and remanded.
