No ruling or action on tbe part of tbe trial court bas been discovered by us wbicb we apprehend should be held for reversible error. Tbe verdict and judgment, therefore, will be upheld.\nNo error.",

Was tbe plaintiff, or person driving bis automobile, at tbe time of tbe collision, guilty of negligence wbicb caused or contributed 'to tbe injury to bis car, as alleged in tbe answer? Answer: No.\u2019\n\u201c3. Wbat damages, if any, is tbe plaintiff entitled to recover? Answer: '$650.\u2019 \u201d\nJudgment on tbe verdict in favor of tbe plaintiff.
