        "text": "Feb Cubxam.\nThere was ample evidence to carry tbe ease to tbe jury. Tbe exception based on tbe court\u2019s refusal to grant tbe defendant\u2019s motion for dismissal of tbe action or for judgment as of nonsuit, made first at tbe close of the State\u2019s evidence, and renewed at tlie close of all the evidence, must be overruled.\nThe remaining exceptions relating to the admission of certain evidence are fully met by what was said in S. v. Crouse, 182 N. C., 835.\nThe record presents no new or novel point of law, not heretofore settled by our decisions on the subject. The trial and judgment must be upheld.\nNo error.",
