        "text": "Per Curiam.\nTbe plaintiff brought suit to recover damages for personal injury alleged to bave been caused by tbe defendant\u2019s negligence. He was engaged in transferring laths from a truck to an adjoining car, standing with one foot on tbe \u201cdock\u201d and tbe other on top of tbe car. While attempting to \u201cpitch tbe bundles up there\u201d bis foot slipped and be was injured by falling. We fail to discover any sufficient evidence of actionable negligence, and tbe judgment must be\nAffirmed.",
