        "text": "Per Curiam.\nTbe record contains several exceptions which were tbe subject of earnest debate before us, and while they are not altogether free from difficulty, a careful perusal of tbe entire record leaves us witb tbe impression tbat no sufficient evidence, competent to fix tbe defendants with, liability, was offered on tbe bearing of tbe cause. In tbis view of tbe case, we deem it unnecessary to discuss tbe assignments of error.\nTbe verdict and judgment will be upheld.\nNo error.",
