SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY.\n(Filed 11 December, 1929.)\nAppeal by plaintiff from Hanvood, Special Judge, at July Term, 1929, of McDowell.\nCivil action to recover damages for an alleged negligent injury to plaintiff\u2019s automobile when it struck defendant\u2019s train on 10 May, 1926, at a crossing near the village of Tate Springs, Tenn.\nThe usual issues of negligence, contributory negligence and damages were submitted to the jury, the first of which was answered in favor of the defendant, and from the judgment entered thereon, the plaintiff appeals, assigning errors.\nW. T. Morgan and Pless <6 Pless for plainiiff.\nSidney S. Alderman, Winborne & Proctor and Ervin & Enin for defendant."
