County of Cumbe'huid, and there was no coroner in the County to whom process could be- directed. Mr. Moore, for the Plaintiff, moved hot process of execution should be directed to the Sheriff of Moore County, and read the act of 1779, c. 5, s. 8, and opon hearing this act, the court ordered a writ of possession to issue, directed to the Sheriff of Moore County accordingly."
