McCALL et al.\n(Filed 26 October, 1932.)\nAppeal by defendants from Barnhill, J., at May Term, 1932, of Robeson.\nCivil action to recover on a promissory note executed by the defendants.\nThe defendants set up a counterclaim alleging usury and asked for an accounting.\nThere was a reference under the statute, and on exceptions to the referee\u2019s report, judgment was entered for the plaintiff. Defendants appeal, assigning errors.\nJ ohn G. Proctor and W. 3. Humphrey, Jr., for plaintiffs.\nJ. E. Carpenter for defendants."
