        "text": "Per Curiam.\nPlaintiff instituted action on a note wbicb it was alleged defendant J. C. Edmisten bad endorsed. Tbis defendant denied that be bad endorsed tbe note, or authorized anyone to sign bis name thereto. Tbe jury accepted tbe defendant\u2019s version of tbe transaction and rendered verdict in bis favor. On tbe record, we find no ruling of tbe court below wbicb would justify setting aside tbe verdict and judgment. Tbe plaintiff\u2019s assignments of error cannot be sustained.\nNo error.",
