Judgment: Tobe confined in the common jail of Scotland County and assigned to work for a period of two years, as provided by law.\nThe defendant appeals, assigning error.\nAttorney-General McMullan and Assistant Aitorneys-General Rhodes, Moody, and Tucher for the State.\nZ.
