        "text": "Pee Cueiam.\nThis was an action to recover the possession of land. Defendant alleged plaintiff held the legal title in trust for the defendant. To the issue, \u201cIs the plaintiff the owner of the legal title to the land,\u201d the jury answered \u201cNo,\u201d and the court in its discretion set aside the verdict. Plaintiff excepted to the ruling of the court in declining to set aside the verdict as a matter of law and appealed. Plaintiff\u2019s motion for judgment non obstante veredicto was properly denied.\nAppeal dismissed.",
