Stratton, III and Kathy Stratton is allowed for the limited purpose of entering the following order:\nThe Order of the Court of Appeals dated 26 August 2004, which denied petitioners\u2019 motion for an extension of time to prepare their record on appeal, is reversed and this case is remanded to that Court for entry of an order granting petitioners an extension of time for a period of not less than 60 days in order to prepare and submit their record on appeal. Petitioners\u2019 motion to amend their petition for writ of certiorari is allowed.
