Craig Ellis in Superior Court, Robeson County, remanded the case to the trial court for resentencing after being ordered by this Court to reconsider in light of State v. Blackwell, 361 N.C. 41, 638 S.E.2d 452 (2006), cert. denied, - U.S.-, 127 S. Ct. 2281, 167 L. Ed. 2d 1114 (2007), its previous decision to remand for resentencing.
